Exchanges & Returns

We want every Slice order to leave you feeling as good as a perfect swing down the fairway. But if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Domestic Orders (Australia)

  • Exchanges – Need a different size or style? No problem. Just email us at hello@slicegolf.co within 30 days of delivery and we’ll get you sorted.

  • Refunds – If you’d prefer a refund, drop us an email with a quick note about the issue and we’ll come back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

  • Conditions – Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached.

  • Exclusions – Sale items can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.

  • Shipping costs – Return/exchange postage is covered by the customer.

International Orders

Because we’re based in Australia, international shipping costs are high. That means international returns are reviewed case by case.

  • Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

  • If you do need to return something, email us at hello@slicegolf.co and we’ll see what we can do.
